IN-VAC is a filling machine operated by vacuum that fills recipients and toner cartridges in both vertical and horizontal positions. To fill toner cartridges in the horizontal position it is necessary to acquire an optional SET.

HOW IT WORKS?

IN-VAC creates a vacuum environment inside the vacuum chamber to fill any toner recipient or cartridge with the powder stored in the 4 silos included with the system
IN-VAC fills through the formation of a vacuum environment (vacuum chamber) any toner cartridges or recipients with the powder that have been inserted in 4 silos that are included with the system or from bottles of powder acquired in the market.

As soon as the vacuum is formatted inside the chamber, registers are automatically opened which allows the descending of the toner powder by suction. This technology have been used by Parai for more than 7 years in the ink cartridges filling process which has originated the definitive patent PI 003237-9.
Through this filling process of cartridges and recipients with toner powder assures a BETTER QUALITY to the finished product, knowing that the vacuum formation makes the toner powder particles get free from each other, leaving the powder much more untied, WITHOUT POLLUTION for the WORK ENVIRONMENT and WITHOUT HARMING the recyclers health.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

1) HIGH FILLING SPEED

IN-VAC has an outflow of up to 500 g in 5 seconds only. The operator is the one that manually regulates the opening, the outflow and the closure of the powder flow. A cartridge which is filled with 140 gr. takes in average ONLY 12 seconds to be filled.

2) VERSATILITY

IN-VAC can work with several different types of toner powder. Originally IN-VAC goes with 4 silos and 1 kg bottle. Additional silos and peaks with registers for bottles may be separately acquired.

3) LOW SONOROUS POLLUTION

The professional vacuum cleaner which applies the vacuum in the chamber needs only 2 seconds to remove all the air from it and start the filling of cartridges and containers.

4) HIGH PRECISION

A load cell (scale) of high precision registers the fast filling process in an electronic display.

5) REGULATION OF THE FILLING HEIGHT

The load cell installed inside the vacuum chamber can be regulated to receive the different types of reservoirs available in the market, from 10 to 55 cm of height.

6) EASY MAINTENANCE

The maintenance of the system is minimal because IN-VAC does not have electronic components programming which are the greater cause of problems in conventional electronic systems. The user himself can quickly do the maintenance of the machine, if any of IN-VAC parts comes to need it.

7) LOW COST

The technological solution used by IN-VAC allows it to have a very low cost.

8) TOTAL HYGIENE OF THE WORK ENVIRONMENT

As the container to be filled is inside the vacuum chamber without the presence of air, this filling process generates no pollution at all. In the traditional filling processes to make the powder get in the reservoir, the air must come out. When the air comes out it goes with particles of powder which pollutes the work environment. Within IN-VAC vacuum process it simply does not occur because there is no air inside the filling environment (vacuum chamber).

9) SALUBRITY FOR THE OPERATOR

As the operator does not touch or have any contact with the toner powder in any moment, neither in the silos filling nor in the cartridges filling, the operator will not have his health affected. We shall mention that the toner powder when inhaled may offer danger to the operators good health.
